Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective CABG 2. Age 18 - 70 3. ASA PS I to III 4. LVEF >40% 5. No predictors of difficult airway

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Features of difficult airway. 2. Morbid obesity (BMI > 35 kg/m2) 3. History of reactive airway disease 4. Gastroesophageal reflux 5. Vital organ dysfunction 6. Conduction abnormality, permanent pacemaker 7. Emergency procedure
