Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years 2. Both sexes 3. Patients suffering from any kind of chronic disease(s) 4. Patients willing to undergo homeopathic treatment and giving written consent 5. Literate patients; ability to read Bengali and/or English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are too sick for consultation 2. Unable to read patient information sheets and not giving consent to take part 3. Diagnosed cases of unstable psychiatric illness or other uncontrolled systemic disease affecting quality of life 4. Currently receiving homeopathic treatment for chronic condition(s) 5. Pregnant and lactating women 6. Self-reported immune-compromised state 7. Substance abuse and/or dependence
