Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of ASA Status 1 and 2 ( ASA - AMERICAN SOCIETY OF ANESTHESIOLOGIST)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Cardiac disease, lung disorders, alcoholism, obesity, pregnancy, patients with uncontrolled hypertension, uncontrolled diabetes, previous history of stroke, or any medications for neuro-psychiatric disorder

heamodynamic parameter such as Heart rate and Mean arterial pressure and Oxygen Saturation difference between the two groupTimepoint: 0 minutes, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes followed by every 15 minutes till patient is extubated

recovery profile measured by modified aldrete scoringTimepoint: after extubation
