Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous MI 2.Post cardiac surgery 3.Congential heart disease 4.Patients using cholesterol lowering drugs 5.Coronary artery anomaly 6.Obstructive pulmonary illness 7.Renal insufficiency 8.Liver disease
