Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic low back pain (more than 3 months duration) with MRI proved PIVD. 2. Degree of pain more than 4 according to VAS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Neurological deficits 2) Bowel - bladder incontinence 3) History of trauma 4) Prior low back surgery 5) Primary or metastatic spine tumor or spinal cord injury 6) Allergy to medications used in procedure 7) Blood coagulation disorder 8) Pregnancy
