Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age:30-60 yrs Sex;Both male and female Patient having main symptoms of shoulder joint pain radiating towards upper limb,loss of abduction and forward flexion followed by stiffness of the shoulder joints. Patient will consciously stick to the trearment during 40 days. willing for doing laboratory investications and X-ray imsging. willing to cooperate with the proper clinical examination. controlled diabetes mellitus controlled hypertension
