Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All CKD patients with GFR less than 60ml undergoing surgery at NU Hospitals Bangalore and Deenath Mangeshkar Hospital and Research Center Pune

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who do not give consent for the study 2. Patients lost for follow up 3. Patientâ??s undergoing surgery under Local anaesthesia 4. CKD Stage 1&2 5. AKI
