Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA status I/ II 2. Weighing upto 16 kg 3. Open pyeloplasty under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA status III / IV 2. Parent / guardian refusal 3. H/O developmental delay or mental retardation 4. Hypersensitivity to any local anaesthetic 5. Bleeding diasthesis 6. Infection at the puncture site of the proposed block 7. Anatomic deformities
