Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients sheduled for elective percutaneous nephrolithotomy, Age 20-65yrs, ASA physical status I and II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: H/o allergy to local anaesthetics, Infection at the site of block, H/o chronic pain syndrome, patient on chronic opioid medication, coagulation abnormalities, BMI > 35, anatomical deformities of chest
