Interventions

Intervention1: Saindhavadi Taila Poorana: Saindhavadi Taila Poorana 2-5 ml per day will be done for 1 week and follow up till 2 weeks. Control Intervention1: Not applicable: Not applicable

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient suffering from Bhagandara (Fistula-in-Ano)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with high level fistula-in-ano. Patients with multiple fistulae. Patients with HIV and HBsAg positive. Patients suffering from uncontrolled diabetes. Secondary Fistula-in-Ano due to diseases like tuberculosis, ulcerative colitis, crohnâ??s disease, malignancy of rectum and anal canal.

Bhagandara (Fistula in ano) will be managed with Saindhavadi Taila Poorana.Timepoint: Outcome will be observed on 7th, 14th and 21st day of intervention.	—
