Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Haemodynamically stable and diagnosed patients of 3rd and 4thdegree Haemorrhoid with the complaining of per rectal bleeding after defecation, Ano-rectal itching after defecation and Pain in anorectal region Patient of both genders Patients in age groups of 20-60 years Patient able to participate in the study and ready to follow the instructions and sign the consent form
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients of 1st and 2nd degree Haemorrhoids Patients of coagulation disorders Hypertensive patients Diabetes mellitus Severe systemic illness Pregnant and lactating women Secondary Haemorrhoids
