Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Any breast cancer patient with newly diagnosed bone metastases. 2. Histological proof of malignancy of the breast.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unwilling to give written informed consent. 2. Patients previously treated for bone metastases. 3. Unwilling for regular physical and or telephonic follow up

| 1. To evaluate the severity and characteristics of pain at baseline and its response to treatment. 2. Identify factors predicting 10% risk of pathological fracture at 1 year. 3. Identify factors predicting 5% risk of clinical cord compression at 1 year 4. Identify factors predicting an overall survival of less than 6 months in this patient population.
