Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically and Histopathologically proven cases of OSMF 1)Positive history of chewing arecanut or one of its commercial preparation 2)Restricted mouth opening and changes in oral mucous membrane including presence of vertical fibrous bands stiffness and blanching 3)Positive history of tobacco smoking, betel quid and alcohol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those who are not willing to participate Patients with severe systemic disease Patient who are already undertaking some treatment for potentially malignant disorder
