Intervention1: capsule Muqil Thyroxine: Capsule muqil 6 capsules of 500mg each per day orally for a period of 60 days Thyroxine 0.9 mcg per kg body weight orally per day for 60 days Control Intervent

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed and Known cases of primary hypothyroidism with or without treatment Patients having the TSH range between 10-20mu/l Patients with Dyslipidemia associated with primary hypothyroidism. Patients aged between 20-50 years Patients of both genders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All cases of secondary hypothyroidism Patient with systemic and metabolic illness other than primary hypothyroidism Pregnant and lactating women Patient 50years of age. Patient who fail to give consent.
