Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 â?? 60 years Patients of either sex Clinically and radiologically diagnosed patient of Cervical Spondylosis with or without radicular symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 20 years and above 60 years All type of arthritis of neck (Except osteoarthritis) Wry neck (Para cervical muscle spasm). VBI (Vertebro basilar arterial insufficiency) Local wound and infection over neck Cervical rib syndrome Psycho somatic disorder Spinal cord disorders History of cervical trauma or injury (fracture and dislocation) Systemic and metabolic diseases (eg. Diabetes and Hypertension) Pregnant & Lactating women Unwillingness or inability to comply the requirements of the protocol
