Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Regular strength training history at least since past eight months. 2. Recruitment of participants with shoe size between UK 7-10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Musculoskeletal injuries or any surgery since past 6 months. 2. History of ankle instability or recurrent ankle sprain. 3. Past history of an ACL injury or ACL reconstruction. 4. Medical history of heart diseases.
