Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with low anal fistula operated with Ksharasutra. Post-operative period should be less than 24 hours. They should present with post-operative pain. Voluntarily agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of age less than 20 and more than 60. Pregnancy HBsAG Positive Uncontrolled Diabetes history of other systemic disorders.
