Health Condition 1: null- All participants will be of age 3 to 12 years with ASA (American society of Anaesthesiologists) Grade 1 or 2.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 3 to 12 years 2. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I /II 3. Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Predicted difficult airway 2. Congenital anomalies 3. Heart disease 4. Reactive airway 5. Parental refusal 6. Coagulopathy

To compare GlideScope and C-MAC videolaryngoscopes for optimal visualization of glottis in children undergoing elective surgical procedures under general anaesthesia.Timepoint: 1. ease of insertion of the device,ease of tracheal tube placementand visualization - will be observed immediately after the placement of device. 2.Hemodynamic and ventillatory parameters-every minute till 15 minutes after the placement of device.	—
