Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 3 to 12 years 2. ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) physical status I /II 3. Patients undergoing elective surgery requiring general anaesthesia with endotracheal intubation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Predicted difficult airway 2. Congenital anomalies 3. Heart disease 4. Reactive airway 5. Parental refusal 6. Coagulopathy
