Inclusion criteria: 1.Mood swings 2.Irritation 3.Depression 4.Hot flushes 5.Low back ache 6.Joint pain 7.Willing to sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.H/o trauma 2.H/o any systemic illness 3.Immune compromise patients
