Health Condition 1: null- 18 to 60 years age ASA 1@2 patients scheduled for elective lower abdominal ,urological,gynecological and orthopaedic surgeries under spinal anesthesia.

Intervention1: Dexmedetomidine: spinal anesthesia will be performed with
0.5% bupivacaine 3cc.group D will receive
sedative doses of dexmedetomidine of 0.5
microgarm/kg IV loading dose for 15 minutes

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 ASA class 1 & 2 2. Age between 18 to 60 years of either sex 3. Patients scheduled for elective lower abdominal, urological, gynecological and orthopaedic surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any contra-indication to subarachnoid block like hypotension, coagulation defects, spine abnormalities etc. 2. BMI >30 3. Height 4 Height 5.Patients with known allergies to propofol, dexmedetomidine. 6. Pregnancy. 7.Patients with cognitive deficits, pre-existing depression on the basis of Hospital anxiety and depression scale.
