Intervention1: After Udawartan, Vamana Karma followed by Virechana Karma and Lekhana Basti: Udawartana by Yava Churna for 5 days along with Dipana Pachana with Sunthi-2gm & Haritaki-3gm this procedure

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient having classical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya like ChalaUdara, Stana, Sphika, Kruchchhavyavaya, Durbalata, Atikshudha, Atitrishna, AngaShaithilya, AngaGaurava, Swedadhikya, Nidradhikya. 2. Patient having sign and symptoms of Obesity like, Large body frame,Having extra fat around the waist, Difficulty in doing daily activities, Letharginess, Breathlessness, Increased weight, Snoring, Heavy sweating, Difficulty while sleeping. 3. Patients fit for Shodhana therapy 4. Age- 18-60 years 5. B.M.I - >25 & 6. B.M.I. Prime- >1.00 7. Waist-hip ratio: Male: >0.95 Female: >0.80

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having age less than 18 years & above 60 years. 2. Patients having serious Cardiac, Renal or Hepatic diseases. 3. Obesity associated with Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Hypothyroidism & Cushingâ??s syndrome. 4. Patients having history of uncontrolled Hypertension and other endocrine diseases. 5. Obesity due to drugs e.g. Anticonvulsant, Antipsychotics, Beta-blockers etc 6. Pregnant& lactating women. 7. Patients unfit for Shodhana therapy 8. BMIï?  40 will be excluded. 9. Waist-Hip ratio: Man: 0.95 or below Female: 0.80 or below

Primary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that trial procedures and also drug will exert a Significant action on Obesity.Timepoint: After registration of patient detail history will be taken. Before and after treatment patients will be assessed by improvement in sign and symptoms of obesity, difference in BMI, BMI Prime and fat percentage.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
By providing better effect on Obesity, procedures and drugs will be implicated as weight reducer and it also enhance quality of life of patients.Timepoint: 18months
