Health Condition 1: K00-K95- Diseases of the digestive system Health Condition 2: K00-K95- Diseases of the digestive system Health Condition 3: null- The Patients of disease Amavata having Sign and Symptoms of Nrama stage will be selected for the study

Interventions

Intervention1: Guduchi Modaka: 6 grams early in morning orally for 1 month with warm milk Control Intervention1: Simhanada Guggulu: 2 Tabs BD ( 500 mg each)after meal orally for 1 month with luke warm

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria and having symptoms of Nirama stage of disease. Age between 20 to 50 years. Willing & able to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 20 & more than 50 years. Patients having presence of symptoms of Sama stage of the disease. Patients having Diabetes Mellitus or systemic illness other than Rheumatoid arthritis.

Diagnosis criteria according to American association of Rheumatology 1987 which show the chronic stage of Rheumatoid arthritis especially formation of Rheumatoid nodules and radiographic erosive changes and others permanent deformity of affected joints (swan neck, boutonniere deformity and z deformity) etc. will also be considered.Timepoint: Upto present study	—
