Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients suffering with a mental disorder as per ICD-10 and necessitating ECT as per clinical decision of consultant psychiatrist. 2.American Society of Anaesthesiology (ASA) physical status I-II. 3.Body Mass Index(BMI) >18.5kg/m2 and < 25kg/m2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.history of relevant drug allergy 2.severe cardiovascular,respiratory, metabolic or neurological disease. 3.comorbid ICD-10 diagnosis of substance-harmful use or substance dependance(FIX.1 or FIX.2, except FIX.20) 4.severe coagulopathy 5.pregnancy 6.refusal by both the patient and his/her relative.
