Inclusion criteria: All of the following 1.Preterm neonates 2.Small for gestation age infants ( 3.VLBW ( 4.Parental Consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any of the following 1.Absent/Revrsal end diastolic flow in umbilical artery 2.Major congenital malformation 3.Hemodynamic instability 4.Multiple gestation. 5.Meningitis 6.IVH grade (3/4)
