Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Lactating women 2.Discomfort around anal region while sitting 3.Specks of bright coloured blood in stools 4.Constipation 5.Anal itching 6.Willing to sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.h/o any systemic diseases 2.immune compromise patients 3.associated with anyother ano rectal diseases
