Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. University level badminton players (age group 18-28 years) with a minimum of five years of experience 2. Shoe size UK 7-10

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of any acute or sub-acute musculoskeletal injury to the hip, knee or ankle (less than 6 months)
