Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with either sex aged more than 18yrs with positive TPO antibody with subclinical hypothyroidism (normal FT4 & FT3 with TSH Patient with vit d deficiency

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypothyroidism of low ft4& ft3 with TSH > 10 MIU/ml Patients with subclinical hypothyroidism with Infertility Planning for conceive Dyslipidemia Psychiatric disorder Severe cardio vascular disease Liver disease Renal disease Drugs (Hormones, antiepileptic, AT, & Glucocorticoids)
