Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between 6 months to 60 months referred to OPD &/or admitted with SAM as per one of the 3 criteria (WHO) W/H MUAC Bilateral Pedal edema

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with chronic illnesses 2.Inability to take orally 3.Children already on any nutritional supplements
