Intervention1: Group S: Group S will receive 40 mg of intra articular steroid with 4 ml of 1% lignocaine and suprascapular nerve block with 8 ml of 1% lignocaine with 40mg of steroid Control Intervent

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with frozen shoulder resistant to NSAIDs. 2.Willingness to participate in study and follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Coagulopathies 2.Infection at local site 3.Uncontrolled DM and hypertension
