Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with age greater than 18 years, primary language should be Malayalam, right-handed according to Edinburgh handedness inventory, willing to co-operate for the study, motivated for speech therapy, diagnosed with expressive aphasia, and within the interval of 6 weeks to 6 months post-stroke.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients having receptive aphasia, having a pacemaker device or other metallic implants which are not MRI compatible, claustrophobic, and patients needing spectacles for short sightedness.
