Intervention1: Patala Kshara, Gokshuradi Choorna: Patala kshara,500mg with lukewarm water and Gokshuradi choorna 6gm with honey twice daily after food, will be given for 30 days Control Intervention1:

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Evidence of renal calculi by X-ray KUB/ USG. 2.Calculi up to 8 mm size

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 20 years and above 60 years of age. 2.Calculi size more than 8 mm 3.Case of immediate surgical intervention 4.Patients of Renal calculi with complications like massive hydronephrosis, Glomerular nephritis and chronic renal failure. 5.Patients with systemic illness like TB, HIV, Hepatitis-B, VDRL and renal carcinoma 6.Paneeya kshara anarhas 7.Pregnant women
