Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than 18 years Male and Female Sepsis patient with PIRO Score of 1 to 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Creatinine value greater than 2 mg per dl Acute coronary syndrome Primary diagnosis of Cardiac dysrthymia Active GI Haemorrhage Burn injuries Need for immediate surgery Status Asthmaticus History of recent organ transplantation Pregnancy contra indication to central venous catheterisation
