Inclusion criteria: 1.Parturients 2.Sigleton Pregnancies 3.American Society Of Anaesthesiology Physical Status 1 and 2 4.Elective Lower Segment Caesarean Delivery Under Spinal Anaesthetic Technique

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PRESENCE OF LABOUR RUPTURED MEMBRANES MATERNAL OR FETAL RISK FACTORS FOR UTERINE ATONY PREVIOUS UTERINE SURGERY EXCEPT FOR ONE PREVIOUS CAESAREAN DELIVERY WITH A LOW TRANSVERSE UTERINE INCISION MATERNAL RISKS FOR HAEMORRHAGE CONTRAINDICATIONS TO SPINAL ANAESTHESIA OR ANY OF THE UTEROTONIC AGENTS MATERNAL OR OBSTETRICIAN REFUSAL
