Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing surgeries with ventilation through supraglottic airway device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient having oropharyngeal mass 2.Patient need intubation 3.PIP >Leak pressure 4.Difficult airway, history of airway stenosis, airway mass, hyperthyroidism, goiter, carotid stenosis, bowel obstruction, gastroesophageal reflux, aspiration, 5. History of oropharyngeal/ neck surgery.
