Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing open abdominal hysterectomy willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: illiterate emergency open abdominal hysterectomy

Primary

MeasureTime frame
enhance the post operative recovery of the patients after abdominal hysterectomy.Timepoint: After abdominal hysterectomy when patient shifted in the ward, she was assessed for her recovery till discharge from the hospital.
