Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Isolated brain injury 2. Patients who had operable Acute Subdural Hematoma (SDH), brain contusion or both 3. ASA IE-IIE patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with motor response (2) Patients in shock (SBP induction of anaesthesia. (3) Any comorbidity other than hypertension or diabetes (i.e. Coronary artery disease, COPD, Hepatic or Renal impairment). (4) Patients who had polytrauma.

MeasureTime frame
Cerebral oxygenation using jugular venous oxygenationTimepoint: Start of Surgery, End of Surgery and 12 hours after Surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Intraoperative hemodynamic parameters and brain relaxation. Levels of serum Inflammatory biomarker Interleukin-6Timepoint: Start of Surgery, End of Surgery and 12 hours after surgery.
