Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age:20-65yrs 2.Sex:both male and female 3.Stiffness of neck 4.Pain Radiating towards to the upper limbs 5.With or with out numbness in the upper limbs 6.Guidiness 7.willing for stay in IPD or willing to attend 8.OPD willing for doing laboratory investication and X-ray imaging

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Spina bifida 2.Cervical rib 3.Liver disease 4.Pregnancy and Lactation 5.Ankylosing spondylosis 6.Renal disease 7.Congenital anomalies of spine 8.Patient with any other systemic illness 9.Recent dislocation / Trauma
