Intervention1: Yoga Therapy (Physical Postures, Breathing practices, Meditation or Relaxation): This yoga therapy will be given for three month period. Control Intervention1: Waitlist Control Group: P

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. based on screening through Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS) Shorter Version, 2. participants will not have any prior exposure to any form of yoga or meditation practice, 3. normal healthy male participants, 4. willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the presence of cognitive or neurological disorder, based on a medical history and routine clinical examination, 2. intake of any meditation, which is known to influence cognition, 3. Addiction to other psychoactive substances
