Intervention1: Cyclic Meditation (CM): The practice began by repeating a verse from the yoga text, the Mandukya Upanisat (40 seconds)

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. participants will not have any prior exposure to any form of yoga or meditation practice, 2. normal healthy male participants, 3. willingness to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. the presence of cognitive or neurological disorder, based on a medical history and routine clinical examination, 2. intake of any meditation, which is known to influence cognition, 3. smoking, drugs, alcoholism which may influence cognitive functions, sensory and motor variables
