Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 25 normal and 25 severely preeclamptic pregnant women with singleton gestation scheduled for elective CD under SA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: chronic hypertension, coagulopathy, multiple gestation, in labor or fetal distress, will be excluded from the study
