Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 30 years of age and below the age of 80 years. Patients with evidence of Myocardial bridging on Coronary Angiography No history of previous CAD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known CAD OR IHD. Patients previously diagnosed as having myocardial bridging. patients already on medications
