Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (age > 18years). Individuals diagnosed to have hypertension with a systolic blood pressure > 140 mm of Hg and diastolic blood pressure > 90 mm of Hg. Individuals who is on antihypertensive medications. Patients who are diagnosed with stroke/TIA

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals who are not able to read and write kannada
