Intervention1: ibuprofen: 50mg thrice daily for 15 days Control Intervention1: occlusal splint: wear it for 8 hours daily Control Intervention2: placebo (multivitamn tablets): once daily for 15 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from TMJ pain/disorder falling under RDC group II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from degenerative disorders of TMJ Patients with history of trauma Patients with any known drug allergy
