Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Joint pain more then five joints swelling Stiffness Restricted Movements in affected joints Willing for admission and study in IPD and willing to attend OPD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatic fever Rheumatoid arthritis Other Systemic illness Gout Recent fracture Recent dislocation of joints Malignancy Use of narcotic drugs Tuberculosis
