Health Condition 1: null- Patients posted for unilateral lower limb surgery under SAB

Interventions

Intervention1: Group B: patients will first receive 0.5ml(25mcg) of fentanyl in a 3ml syringe followed by 0.5percent heavy bupivacaine 2.5ml (12.5mg) in a 3ml syringe Intervention2: Group C: patients

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients posted for unilateral lower limb surgery under SAB • Age between 18-70 years • American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I, II, III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient refusal 2 Uncooperative patient 3 Patient with history of allergy to any of the drugs used 4 Polytrauma patient
