Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subject of age group 20 to 50 years. 2.Known case of low sperm motility 3.Rapid linear progression of sperm RLP less than 20 % 4.Slow or Non linear progression of sperm SLP less than 50% RLP and SLP less than 50%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Testicular mal-descent, previous reproductive organ surgery and sexually transmitted diseases will be excluded. 2.Tuberculosis, HIV or AIDS, CA testes, chronic alcohol smokers and any long-standing infection. 3.Subject ayogya for virechana karma

The study will help to evaluate the effect of virechana karma , which helps in removing free radicals ( oxidants ) present in shukravaha strotas and thus increases the activity of shukra ( motility ) and sperm mitochondrial activity.Timepoint: 18 months
