Control Intervention1: Metabolic and Anatomic imaging: To correlate metabolic and Anatomic imaging parameters with outcomes in Nasopharyngeal cancer.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All consecutive patients of non-metastatic NPC who have 1. HPR diagnosis of carcinoma nasopharynx. 2. Completed all planned radical treatment with chemo chemochemochemo-radiotherapy radiotherapy radiotherapyradiotherapyradiotherapy radiotherapyradiotherapy at TMH. 3. Baseline FDG-PET.CT with a CECT scan at baseline 4. Post treatment FDG-PET.CT with a CECT scan post treatment. 5. Regular follow up thereafter
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Not satisfying above criteria 2. Treatment with Palliative intent.
