Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: categorization of females into obese and nonobese with and without periodontitis based on body mass index and periodontal status

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women. 2. Suffering from any other systemic diseases. 3. Subjects should not have received any anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics in the previous six months. 4. Any physical or diet activities that hampers the adipose cell function. 5.Un co-operative and retarded patients
