Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Peri-menopausal women with osteopenia. 2.Post-menopausal women with osteopenia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of osteoporosis. 2) Presence of celiac disease, 3) Presence of primary hyperparathyroidism, 4) Presence of multiple myeloma 5) Renal or hepatic insufficiency
