Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All consenting nurses working in the intensive care units of the tertiary care hospital Who have a mobile phone that had the capacity to receive audio visual training classes in the form of videos

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All nurses working in other areas of the tertiary care hospital excluding intensive care units
